We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead
Location: Delhi / Rishikesh | Experience: 3–6 years | Immediate Joining Preferred
At Astron Financial Advisors, we're building intelligent, automation-driven platforms that blend finance, technology, and strategy to simplify complex workflows and deliver seamless digital experiences.
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead who's ready to build, lead, and innovate — someone who can translate ideas into working products and work closely with the founding team on AI-powered SaaS and ERP applications.
What You'll Do
Build and scale full-stack web applications and dashboards.
Integrate AI/ML and automation APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into real workflows.
Architect backend systems, manage integrations, and ensure performance.
Work with UI/UX and product teams for end-to-end delivery.
Lead small internal dev teams and own releases from concept to deployment.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience with React / / MongoDB / Python.
Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS / Firebase).
Passion for automation, product design, and experimenting with AI tools.
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working directly with founders.
