Nirmaan is a growing engineering and infrastructure organization specializing in delivering efficient and sustainable building solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC system design for corporate, residential, or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, calculate, and prepare HVAC layouts, load calculations, and equipment selection for various projects.
  • Prepare and review detailed ducting layouts, VRF system designs, AHU/FCU selection, and chiller plant designs as per project requirements.
  • Ensure HVAC designs comply with SMACNA, and local standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams for design integration.
  • Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
  • Support site execution teams with design clarifications and modifications when required.
  • Conduct design optimization for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in HVAC Design software and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of VRF systems, ducting, AHU, FCU, FRESH AIR SYSTEMS, SMACNA standards.
  • Knowledge of heat load calculations, static pressure calculations, and air distribution system design.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle design documentation and liaise with vendors.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
