Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The role involves developing visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines, project requirements, and client needs. The ideal candidate should have a keenpossess eye for aesthetics, creativity, and a basic understandingof design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit visual designs for print, digital, or product needs.
- Understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
- Work with the marketing/branding team to ensure designs meet brand standards.
- Prepare drafts and present ideas for feedback.
- Make revisions based on input from team members or clients.
- Stay updated with basic design trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, depending on the field).
- Creativity and a strong sense of color, layout, and typography.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in design, fine arts, or related field (optional for entry level).
Preferred Qualities:
- Enthusiasm to learn and improve design skills.
- Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Basic knowledge of printing/digital standards is a plus.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
