Experience : 8-15 Yrs
To look after sales and Marketing & application Engineering support to respective RO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Primary Responsibilities:
Knowledge of AP 610 and the O&G sector
Customer connect especially within the Refinery & Petrochemical Zone
Knowledge & Familiarity with various EPC and PMC
Working Relationship with EIL
Ensure Acknowledgment of the enquiry to RO/IRO/Customer
Start working at the FEED stage prior to formal RFQ
Involving in pre-bid discussions to understand technical specifications & pushing our technical parameters so as to get technical edge over competition in the bid.
Studying the specifications received from customers for the specified project and identify special requirements with respect to Product Technical Binder. Prepare Technical deviations with respect to specifications.
Provide technical support / solutions to customers.
Interact with vendor for RFQ and verify technical part.
Undertaking necessary actions to get product qualified & getting the deviations resolved by our engineering department.
Visit customer/site for technical scope assessment / clarity, whenever required.
Preparing complete & correct scope of supply to submit to Costing department for getting the COGS.
Answering Technical Quarries (TQ), in a competitive manner to win the orders.
To keep himself / herself updated on the latest technological specifications of Bought out. components.
To help marketing engineers to win orders by providing innovative technical solutions.
Ensure all offers are submitted just before time, as committed. Timely replies to customer queries
To prepare flawless complete Contract Review, understanding the specifications & handover the same to Project engineering for manufacturing.
Commercial Acumen and their impact on opportunities being pursued
Secondary Responsibilities:
Retain existing customers and maintain relations.
Build new Portfolios.
Organize various customer events and trainings in designated area.
Be part of CFT for new business development
Assess competitor and market information and share with relevant managers within KEPL
Work with CFT within the organization to align the business cycle
