Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role located in Rajpura (Punjab).The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensure efficient supply chain management, and lead the coordination of pre-production, storage, and distribution processes. Responsibilities include delivering operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, and Operations Management skills
• Leadership, Team Management, SAP expert and Cross-functional Collaboration abilities
• Analytical Thinking, Process Optimization, and Data-Driven Decision-Making expertise
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in stakeholder management
• Proficiency in logistics or supply chain software and digital tools is an advantage.
