- Core Responsibilities
Customer Service and Consultation
Greet customers and assist them in exploring various fragrance options.
Advise and educate customers about different fragrance notes, accords, and compositions.
Help customers select the right fragrance based on individual preferences, occasions, and personalities.
Provide fragrance layering advice and personalized fragrance consultations.
Respond to special requests and questions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional Skills
Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Professionalism, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues promptly.
Organization skills for handling customer orders, CRM, and inventory systems.
Fragrance Knowledge
Deep understanding of fragrance families, notes (top, middle, base), and fragrance classification.
Ability to tell engaging fragrance stories to help customers connect emotionally with products.
Awareness of current trends, new products, and fragrance forms (e.g., eau de parfum, cologne, body mists).
Technical/Computer Skills
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems, inventory management, CRM software.
May use perfumery software in specialized roles for custom fragrance creation.
