Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Advanced Java and Core Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in designing and implementing complex applications. As a key player in our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for actively participating in all stages of the project from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Advanced Java and Core Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
  • Implement new features and enhancements while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and improve team performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development practices.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies, engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Java technologies.
  • Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
  • A passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
