Electronics Engineering graduates
to start their careers as Graduate Engineer Trainees. In this role, you will work on the
Electronics design, fabrication, and installation
aspects of solar and renewable energy projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in
  structural design, mechanical layouts, and fabrication drawings
  .
• Assist in the installation of solar module mounting structures and equipment.
• Perform
  quality checks and inspections
  at project sites.
• Learn and use industry tools like
  AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office
  .
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E. in
  Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering
  .
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication, structural strength, and materials.
• Flexibility to work at
  project sites PAN India
  .
• At ETPL, you will gain hands-on exposure to
  large-scale EPC projects
  , learn under experienced mentors, and develop the skills to grow into a
  Project Engineer or Design Engineer
