We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Web Designer
who can efficiently convert
Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS
, manage
WordPress websites
, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, and content). The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical skills, and the ability to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
1. Figma to HTML Conversion

  • Convert Figma, XD, or PSD designs into
    pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS
    layouts.
  • Ensure compatibility across all major browsers and devices.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.

2. WordPress Website Management

  • Develop and customize
    WordPress themes and plugins
    as per project requirements.
  • Manage website updates, backups, and content uploads.
  • Troubleshoot WordPress issues related to design, performance, or plugin conflicts.
  • Ensure websites follow modern UI/UX standards.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a
    bridge between design, development, and marketing teams
    to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with content and SEO teams for on-page elements, layouts, and updates.
  • Maintain a task tracker and provide regular project updates to the management team.

4. Quality & Performance

  • Maintain consistency in branding and design across all web properties.
  • Conduct regular website audits for design accuracy, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines and deliverables.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe XD, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery
    .
  • Strong experience in
    WordPress theme customization and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    responsive design principles
    and
    cross-browser compatibility
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO-friendly web design
    .
  • Strong
    coordination and project management
    skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 2 projects delivered on time and within quality standards.
  • Website speed and performance scores (Lighthouse / GTmetrix).
  • Number of design-related revisions or issues post-deployment.
  • Coordination efficiency (feedback response time, communication clarity).
