bout the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 2+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic architectural practice. The ideal candidate will have exposure to residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, along with strong coordination skills with clients and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing design concepts, working drawings, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support senior architects in design development and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits for monitoring, reporting, and execution follow-ups.
- Collaborate on high-rise, residential, and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 2 year of professional experience in architecture firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, RD5, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site visits and follow-ups.
