Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Female Hindi Teacher to join our CBSE school faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature, fostering an appreciation for the subject, and helping students develop reading, writing, and communication skills as per the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with the prescribed syllabus.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
• Evaluate students' performance through class tests, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain records of students' academic progress and attendance.
• Prepare question papers and assist in internal and board examination processes.
• Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including the use of technology and audio-visual aids.
• Encourage students' participation in Hindi-related activities such as debates, poetry recitations, and cultural programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
• Attend staff meetings, parent–teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to the school's code of conduct.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

• B.A./M.A. in Hindi from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Skills Required:

• Strong command of Hindi language and grammar.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate creative teaching techniques and digital tools.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Teamwork, patience, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
