We are currently seeking a MuleSoft Any Point - Digital Solution Cnslt. Lead Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

"Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled MuleSoft Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions across SAP and other critical business systems. The role requires strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, deep understanding of integration patterns, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs that connect complex applications and data sources.

General Duties and Tasks

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Architect and implement APIs, connectors, and flows to integrate SAP ERP/S4HANA with other enterprise systems (CRM, Data Warehouses, Cloud Platforms, etc.).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure integrations are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks.

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of APIs including design, build, deploy, monitor, and optimize.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve integration issues to ensure reliability and availability.

• Implement reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices for MuleSoft development.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on integration projects.

• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments for MuleSoft applications.

• Document designs, technical specifications, and operational support procedures.

Requirements for this Role

• 7+ years of MuleSoft experience in integration development.

• Proven expertise in integrating SAP ERP/S4HANA with MuleSoft (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, or API-led approaches).

• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave, and connectors.

• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event-driven).

• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and security policies for APIs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) – Level 1/2 or Integration Architect strongly preferred.

Preferences (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or other SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of API governance and lifecycle management best practices.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Event Hub.

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments."
