Analysing financial data and preparing reports.

Conducting market research to identify investment opportunities.

Preparing annual budgets and forecasts

Budgeting, MIS reporting & cash flow management and Variances.

Managing financial risk and developing mitigation strategies

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies

Overseeing financial reporting and statutory accounts.

Evaluating investment opportunities and providing strategic recommendations.

Developing and maintaining relationship with investors, lenders, and other

stakeholders.

Leading and developing finance team

Mentoring team members

Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional team.
