JD For The Role
An Oracle Project Manager - responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle-ERP Application Development projects. This includes coordinating teams, managing resources, ensuring adherence to timelines, and mitigating risks. They also work with clients to understand requirements.

Specific Skills And Experience

  • Overall experience is 15+ years of IT experience with project management experience of 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP R12 products and technologies and worked as techno functional in implementations and enhancement projects is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple small to medium application development projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
