- You will serve as the ambassador of our product River Indie
- Responsible for engaging the customers walking into our store and maintaining the best google ratings.
- Addressing any questions related to River, our product Indie, ranging from the specs, performance and accessories
- Building strong rapport with customers and maintaining customer experience as per predefined standards
- Guide the customer through to place Pre- orders and for the final payment after follow-up if needed
- Ensure the customer is acquired with all the information and capture the customer feedback and work continuously on improving the customer experience.
- Stay updated with the industry information and competitor offerings.
- Participate in micro-market activations (Events at malls, apartments, etc.)
