Job Overview

Genus Electrotech Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Control Manager for a full-time, senior position. This role is based in Kutch district, Gandhidham, Anjar. The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and control, particularly in electronics manufacturing. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our diverse product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in ISO 9001, with proven experience in implementing the standards in industrial settings (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in quality assurance and quality control in a manufacturing environment (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge in auditing practices, with a focus on improving quality processes and reducing defects.
• Proficient in developing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems to meet compliance standards.
• Experience in testing and inspection, ensuring that products meet strict quality and safety criteria.
• Exceptional analytical skills, able to resolve complex quality issues through effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of training and leading teams to adhere to quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assurance and control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards and company quality objectives.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
• Lead and train the quality team to perform rigorous testing and inspections on electronic products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop strategies that enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.
• Analyze quality data and report findings to senior management, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing delivered products meet quality specifications and addressing any quality-related issues promptly.
