We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Operations & Claims team. This role involves coordination with regional teams, managing claims, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows using SAP and other internal systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage claims with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle billing processes and ensure timely reconciliations
  • Work with SAP and internal systems to maintain operational workflows.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus (but not mandatory).
