Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional Python development experience
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy reliable backend services using Python
  • Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to define and implement new features
  • Integrate server-side logic with user-facing components developed by frontend engineers
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across distributed services
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation and strong test coverage
  • Deep expertise in at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and microservices architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile development environment
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Experience with machine learning or data engineering workflows
  • Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in developer communities
