Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Sales Executive to promote our courses, engage with potential students and parents, and drive admissions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and is passionate about helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote institute's courses through online and offline channels (school visits, seminars, social media, etc.)
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and schools
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain student database
  • Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
  • Provide regular reports and market feedback to the management

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local markets and school networks is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage
