Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Okta and CyberArk. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade IAM/PAM solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and security across global environments.

Skill / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in     and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Okta (IAM) and/or CyberArk (PAM) platforms.
  • Proven experience in MFA technologies (Okta MFA, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, and database platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL).
  • Strong background in IAM/PAM architecture design and technical reviews.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve critical P1/P2 incidents.
  • Understanding of federated identity standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RADIUS.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in global 24x7 support environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Certifications: Okta Certified Professional/Consultant, CyberArk Trustee/Defender/Sentry.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and support of IAM (Okta) and PAM (CyberArk) solutions.
  • Manage and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions (Okta MFA, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).
  • Conduct technical architecture reviews to validate scalability, compliance, and security.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to translate business and technical requirements into IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Provide L3-level support for complex incidents (P1 & P2), ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders, offering subject matter guidance and solutions.
  • Integrate IAM/PAM platforms with Windows, Linux/Unix, and database systems (Oracle, SQL, MySQL).
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and best practices for IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Ensure IAM/PAM implementations align with audit, compliance, and regulatory standards.
