Company Description

ANK Exports is a 30-year-old, Delhi-based textile-led export house specializing in home textiles and décor – including cushions, curtains, rugs, poufs, baskets, and pet accessories.

We are now building a
new-age startup within this legacy
, led by an IIM alumnus with deep industry and entrepreneurial experience. The vision is to redefine how Indian home textiles and décor are researched, marketed, and scaled globally.

We are looking for an
ambitious, high-potential individual
to work directly with the founder in building and scaling this new venture. This role is designed for someone who wants to experience entrepreneurship hands-on – driving research, strategy, and execution across multiple functions.

You will act as an
additional brain and execution partner
to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Insights
  – Market research, pricing discovery, competitor analysis, and trend tracking.
• Program Management
  – Drive projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, ownership, and cross-team coordination.
• Marketing & Growth
  – Assist in shaping go-to-market strategies, digital campaigns, and customer outreach.
• Business Development
  – Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
• Strategy & Execution
  – Work on business models, pitch decks, expansion plans, and scaling strategies.
• Founder Support
  – Shadow the founder, brainstorm, and execute on key strategic and operational initiatives.

Who Should Apply

• Education
  :
• Undergraduate from a
  Tier-1 institution (IITs, SRCC, St. Stephen's, Ashoka, etc.)
  , OR
• Postgraduate (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Experience
  :
• 0–2 years.
• Prior exposure to
  startups, consulting, or program management
  is a plus.
• Skills & Traits
  :
• Analytical mindset with strong research ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to wear multiple hats.
