Area Sales Manager//Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of construction finance products (e.g., disbursements for home construction).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, including credit officers, loan processors, and support staff. Encourage a collaborative culture.
- Drive business growth by promoting construction finance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and growing the branchs loan book.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction—from application to disbursement stages.
- Conduct market penetration efforts—identify and tap into local contractors, developers, or builder segments for potential clients.
- Monitor branch KPIs, analyze performance, and submit regular reports to senior management; propose improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years in team leadership/handling roles in financial services, preferably with home construction financing experience.
Strong understanding of construction loan products, approval workflows, risk, and compliance.
Bachelors or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Leadership, analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
