Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all plant maintenance activities to ensure seamless production operations. - Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability. - Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies. - Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. - Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to optimize overall plant efficiency and cost control. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic performance reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred). - Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams. - In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, modern technologies, and equipment reliability methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Proficiency in maintenance-related software and MS Office tools will be an added advantage.,
