Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Support professional will act as a bridge between the sales team and the technical team, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers. The role requires understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, supporting product demonstrations, and ensuring smooth communication of technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and offering suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Provide pre-sales support including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering / product team to address technical queries and feasibility assessments.
  • Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, product datasheets, and manuals.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets by providing accurate technical information.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines.
