We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee and manage electrical power distribution work for Tata Power CODL in the Puri Division.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of assigned work as per Tata Power's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities related to electrical power distribution work.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and Tata Power engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of work progress, materials, and manpower.
  • Plan and monitor site execution to ensure timely completion of targets.
  • Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LT/HT lines, transformers, poles, and associated works.
  • Report daily site progress and issues to project management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in power distribution / electrical utility projects.
  • Familiarity with Tata Power / DISCOM project procedures will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work at project sites within the Puri Division.
  • Must have a two-wheeler for site mobility (preferred).
