Alteryx Designer Cloud has become a core growth engine for Alteryx. As a Technical Leader, you will drive the design and delivery of Designer Cloud workflows that integrate directly with leading CDWs like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery to perform Alteryx's prep-and-blend operations at scale. You will get a chance to lead development of our inhouse workflow transformation engine in compiler, shape cross-package and monorepo architecture for performance, testability, and reliability, and partner with PM/UX to ship secure, high-quality platform capabilities. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and foster an innovative, execution-focused culture.

What You Get To Do In This Role

· Develop and implement web components, templates, and workflows based on business requirements

· Working closely with Engineering Managers and other Architects in the team to co-develop best in class technical designs in building enterprise grade software.

· Working closely with UX Design team to influence technical designs.

· Developing across the full stack of Web technologies - JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, Material UI, Design Systems.

· Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products, get into a product manager shoes and suggest feature enhancements and also enhancing the existing product suite. · Work on some really exciting problem statements related to AI, cloud data platforms, nx/js, WebAssembly

What You Should Have For This Role

· 7+ years of experience building modern front-end applications with React, Redux, Jest, Material UI, and Design Systems.

· Proficient in building software using NodeJS and TypeScript.

· Strong understanding of Microfrontend architecture, Monorepos, and styled-components.

· Proven ability to design and communicate complex system architectures.

· Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines (e.g., Docker, GitLab CI/CD) and tools like Webpack, Babel, Rsbuild.

· Experience with at least one tracking platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).

· Plan, estimate, and analyze requirements, collaborating with project managers and designers to design project layouts.

· Lead a front-end/UI development team while contributing hands-on to development.

· Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to create responsive, interactive interfaces.

· Ensure code quality and standards are maintained and audited across projects.

· Test completed tasks before QA and ensure timely project delivery.

· Train, mentor, and manage the technical and people aspects of the team.

· Support compliance with information security and company standards.

Good To Have:

· Knowledge of real-time data communication.

· Basic understanding of Generative AI

· Basic understanding of cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflakes
