Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Technical Leadership

• Define and execute composite (data & domain) modeling roadmaps aligned with TD milestones and product development goals. 
• Drive adoption of advanced modeling methodologies including ML/DL/AI and drive critical stakeholder discussions with PI/PO/Device/Backend teams. 
• Able to clearly articulate the infrastructure/data/compute requirements to cross-functional leaders and secure necessary support for the team's smooth functioning. 

Leadership & Culture Vanguard

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team environment. Promote Micron's values of innovation, integrity, and accountability.
• Champion continuous improvement and agile ways of working. Lead with humility and focus on the best interests of the team.

Talent Development & Collaboration

• Mentor and grow a diverse team of engineers and data scientists.
• Provide career development, technical coaching, and performance feedback.
• Partner with process engineers, integration teams, and fab stakeholders across global sites to ensure model relevance, scalability, and operational impact.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, process integration, process development, device engineering or data science. 
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering impactful modeling solutions
• Familiarity with fab data warehouses, process control systems, and modeling software
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
