We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by managing daily coordination activities and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal teams. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions. This role also involves coordinating with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and production to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. The candidate will assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations, while keeping track of stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse or procurement teams when required. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and support the sales team in achieving business targets. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, and be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
