We are currently seeking a Supervisor - Civil & Admin with experience in managing Civil works and various admin related works. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire civil work on the site, including measurement, managing labors, and addressing to different queries. He also need to manage contractors and vendors related to Civil and admin.

Responsibilities:

Take accurate measurements and ensure the work is done to specification

Manage and coordinate the work of labours and subcontractors on site

Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget

Address any issues or queries raised by vendors

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Maintain accurate records of materials used, labour costs, and other project-related expenses

Requirements:

At least 4-5 years experience in managing civil works and admin related works.

Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to use relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Able to handle admin related matters and address issues to vendors and contractors.

Able to supervise independently all work.
