Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and procedures.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule diagnostic tests and appointments.
  • Register patients and verify personal and insurance information.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Maintain patient records and update database accurately.
  • Coordinate with laboratory and technical staff to ensure timely test processing.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, emailing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and patient confidentiality standards.
