Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B software or tech solutions.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and web analytics to track and optimize digital campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and email marketing for B2B engagement.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms for lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and grow social media channels by posting regularly, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Optimize website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails and analyzing results.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to deliver cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance execution.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, measure ROI, and improve conversion rates.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
