Your Role

D365 Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience, responsible for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:- Manage D365 CE projects with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Conduct functional design workshops, blueprint sessions, and requirements evaluations with stakeholders.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and propose process maps and designs.
- Configure applications using Power Platform, Power Automate, and D365 CE business processes.
- Provide consulting on latest D365 CE offerings, including Gen AI and Copilot implementations.
Your Profile

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service; Marketing and Field Service optional).
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Functional architecture and solution design for CRM implementations.
- Requirements gathering and business process mapping.
- Latest D365 CE certifications (PL-200, MB-280, MB-230).
