About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge and practical expertise with Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems, ensuring seamless network operations and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches
  • Manage and monitor Palo Alto firewall operations
  • Optimize and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi systems
  • Handle link management and coordinate with vendors
  • Use monitoring tools (e.g., Site24x7) for incident response and reporting

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in network engineering
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of networking concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco devices and Palo Alto firewalls
  • Exposure to Wi-Fi troubleshooting and monitoring tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA / CCNP
  • PCNSE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,552.03 per month
