Your Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with mastery in Kubernetes operations and a strong background in Go programming. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our core infrastructure, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the highly scalable, resilient, and performant systems that power our platform. Your expertise in managing containerized workloads, particularly those leveraging GPU resources, will be critical to our success. 

What You'll do

●  Kubernetes Operations: Take ownership of our Kubernetes clusters, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure high availability and optimal performance. 
●  GPU Management: Design and implement solutions for scheduling, managing, and optimizing GPU resources within Kubernetes. Ensure efficient allocation for AI/ML workloads and other GPU-accelerated applications. 
●  Automation: Create and manage automation tools and workflows for the lifecycle management of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. 
●  Code and Design Reviews: Act as a technical leader, providing guidance through code reviews and architectural discussions. 
●  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions. 
●  Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within our distributed systems Kubernetes environment. 

This role requires 

●  Extensive Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on cloud-native technologies. 
●  Kubernetes Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration, 
including cluster management, networking, storage, and security. 
●  Go Proficiency: Proven expertise in Go, including experience with concurrent programming, standard libraries, and building APIs. 
●  GPU Experience: Demonstrated experience managing NVIDIA, AMD, or other GPU-based workloads in Kubernetes, including using tools like the NVIDIA Container Toolkit and device plugins. 
●  Strong Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and DevOps best practices. 
●  Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to debug complex issues in production environments. 
●  Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with a diverse set of teams. 

Bonus Points if you have

●  Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is a significant plus. 
●  Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi. 
●  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
