Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday )

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness, strong people skills, and the ability to maintain a professional gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gym Operations

• Open the gym on time and ensure all equipment is ready and safe for use.
• Close the gym as per protocol, ensuring all equipment is shut down, racked, and the facility is secured.

2. Gym Maintenance & Organisation

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor.
• Ensure all weights are re-racked, machines are tidy, and the workout environment is safe for members.

3. Member Assistance

• Assist members with spotting during workouts.
• Provide basic fitness guidance, correct form, and answer general queries.
• Maintain a friendly, supportive, and motivating atmosphere.

4. Personal Training (PT)

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
• PT fees will be split 50-50 between the trainer and the gym.
• Track client progress and provide structured training programs.

• Basic fitness knowledge and ability to guide members safely.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
• Prior experience in personal training (preferred but not mandatory).
