Electrical Technician

Roles & Responsibility:

• Experience in HT Breaker (33 kv) & LT breaker (440 volts) operations
• Power changeover
• Power- control & monitoring
• Handling & operate of HVAC system like air compressor, Cooling tower , Vapour absorption machine , Air handling unit , Ventilation air unit & Dust exhaust unit.
• Break down maintenance & preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
• Spare part management required as per plant machinery & Electrical panel.
• Responsible for Electrical & mechanical maintenance and utility handling.
• Production & process scheduling.
• Knowledge of Boiler basic operation & general maintenance.
• Maintaining Electrical spares.
• Feedback to HOD for any spare & inventory of process line.
• Monitoring of PROJECT , Electrical and mechanical job in the plant.
• Noise level monitoring and Lux Value monitoring.
• Plugging of Steam, Air, Water & CO2 leakages inside & outside of plant.
• Goods lift check sheets, preventive maintenance record and maintain monthly maintenance.
• All machines check sheets as per frequently time,
• Maintain all documents shift schedule, daily breakdown history, daily work history, tool room works, work permit history.
• Prepare and analysis of the monthly report, daily checklist.
• Proficient in solving quality & productivity technical issues via gathering data, root cause analysis, CAPA and long-term enhancement plans.
• Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of manufacturing & packing line machines.
• TPM, 5S, Kaizen.
• Participate in Maintaining of PCQDSM

Preferred candidate profile

ITI/Diploma in Electrician with 3-5 years of experience
