Membership Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Gym Membership Sales Executive to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new membership sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and helping members achieve their fitness goals through proper guidance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads efficiently.
• Give guided tours of the gym and explain facilities, services, and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain client records and update CRM or sales tracker.
• Build positive relationships with members to ensure renewals and referrals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
