Technical Skills

  • Clear understanding of 2G/4G (LTE & EPC)/Volte/5G (SA & NSA) RAN and Core mobility network architecture, Network elements like (MME/SGW/PGW/CGNAT/DRA)
  • Good understanding of SIP/Diameter protocols and corresponding network interfaces like S10,S5,S8,Gx,Gy,Sy
  • Hands on experience in Mobility core call flows for Voice/Data/SMS and IN (Intelligent Network)
  • Sound knowledge of MPLS/SDWAN architecture, Switch and Router, VLAN, OSPF, BGP protocols and NNI concept
  • Basic understanding of M2M (Machine to Machine) and IoT (Internet of Things) architecture and service flow and national and international roaming
  • Clear understanding of APN, difference between Public and Private APN
  • CCNA level knowledge against Network Protocols, IP (IPV4 & IPV6), Public and Private IP, DNS, ACL, NAT etc
  • RFO/RCA validation to share with B2B customers
  • Customer complaint resolution by analyzing the trend/pattern
  • Should be aware NOC terminologies KPI like SR,TT,SLA,MTTR etc

Management Skills

  • Good excel skill to prepare different reports to drive M2M operations
  • Ownership mindset to drive any M2M issues for end to end to resolution
  • Self-motivations and activeness to aware any ongoing issues (proactive approach rather than reactive approach)
  • Being in operations should be available/active in weekends/odd office hours
  • Have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (center network, business, product, assurance etc) to resolve/drive any ongoing/pending issues.
