Job Summary:
As a Product Manager at Titan, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of our watches and wearables category. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals and meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, consumer behavior, and the ability to drive product innovation.
Job Summary:
To manage the end to end product life cycle of the product from identifying potential products based on market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, pricing & time integrated plans and performance monitoring of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and marketing to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and provide insights to the team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop product messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Work Experience
Education: MBA form a premier college preferably in marketing
Relevant Experience: 3 -6 years of experience in marketing in FMCG / retail organization
