Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and E-Procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for handling both proactive and reactive tenders (50:50 ratio), ensuring seamless execution of tender processes, and driving business opportunities through government bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of proactive & reactive tenders.
- Managing sales opportunities through GeM & E-Procurement portals.
- Preparation and submission of technical & financial tender documents.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of tenders and complete project execution.
- Bid management vendor meetings, best-price surveys, technical compliance, and documentation accuracy.
- Proficient in online & offline tender submissions (Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid, Normal Bid).
- Financial analysis post project completion.
- Daily tracking, monitoring, and updating of tender activities.
- Ownership of GeM portal operations including tender uploads and inclusions.
- Team handling & coordination with cross-functional departments.
- Ensuring invoices, BG execution, and timely collections as per guidelines to avoid penalties.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Government Tendering processes (GeM, E-Procurement).
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Email communication.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach.
- Prior experience in handling marketing & sales functions related to tenders.
- Team management exposure preferred.

- Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant tendering experience.
- Minimum experience: 8 years..
- A self-motivated individual with passion for sales and tender management.
