Pegasystems is looking for a talented marketer skilled in marketing to the developer community. Pegas industry leading platform and CRM apps are attracting a rapidly growing ecosystem of developers. This is a unique opportunity to inspire Pegas developer ecosystem growth. As Sr. Manager of Developer Marketing, you will be a member of the ecosystem engagement & strategy team driving messaging and promotion for developer outreach and engagement.

What You'll Do at Pega:
  • Be the subject matter expert in the organization on developer marketing
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for developer outreach and engagement
  • Design & promote developer marketing programs such as hosting meetups, hackathons, developer days, contests
  • Improve the developer experience across product, technical content, PR/media, social and all other areas affecting how developers perceive Pega
  • Collaborate with Pega Community, Academy and technical enablement teams to achieve organizational developer engagement objectives
  • Attend and represent Pega at key industry developer events to increase awareness of Pega in the developer community
Who You Are:

You are a results-driven individual that lives and breathes marketing to developers. You are continuously pursuing new and innovating ways to engage with developers and enjoy broadcasting developer success stories. You have demonstrated experience developing market to partner GTM strategies and plans to drive Pegas awareness within partners.

  • Demonstrated experience designing messaging, programs and marketing material targeting developers
  • Experience with developer outreach strategies such as hosting meetups, hackathons, developer days and developer contests
  • Understanding of developer technologies and app dev trends
  • Actively working with Pega Community team to provide feedback on optimizing developer learning and enablement
  • High energy, motivated individual with demonstrated ability to lead and gain the cooperation of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
  • 8 years of professional experience in the enterprise software, with 4 years of technical marketing experience. Prior software development experience a plus
  • Bachelors degree, Masters degree a plus
