Responsibilities:

UI/UX Development:

  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks/libraries
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate closely with back-end developers for seamless integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces to identify and resolve usability issues and ensure optimal performance across different browsers and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
  • Contribute to and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Training and Mentoring:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on UI/UX principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices for various audiences within the company (e.g., developers, product managers, QA engineers).
  • Create training materials, including presentations, documentation, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
  • Conduct workshops and individual coaching sessions to enhance the UI/UX skills of team members.
  • Assess training needs and tailor training content to address specific skill gaps and project requirements.
  • Foster a learning environment that encourages experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in UI/UX practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members on their UI/UX design and development work.
  • Champion a user-centered design culture within the organization.
