The Opportunity

As an Implementation Consultant at Planview, you will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes through successful implementation of Planview solutions. You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects, and internal delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and value-driven configurations.

This role requires strong functional expertise, consulting capability, and the ability to foster collaboration across customer and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and implementation plans.
• Lead or support configuration workshops — defining processes, data structures, and workflows.
• Configure and customize Planview solutions (e.g., Portfolios, Capacity Planning, Financials, Analytics).
• Perform data migration, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document configuration, workflows, and customer-specific processes.
• Conduct enablement and training sessions for customer administrators and end-users.
• Collaborate with internal teams — Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success — to ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.
• Support post-implementation optimization and enhancement cycles.

What You'll Bring
What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or consulting, ideally in PPM, PSA, or Agile portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, and portfolio governance processes.
• Experience with SaaS solution deployment — configuration, integration, reporting, and data migration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and lead customer-facing workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Planview products (PPM Pro, Portfolios, AdaptiveWork, or Enterprise One) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Planview or similar platforms with third-party systems (ERP, HR, ITSM).
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with REST APIs, SSO, and cloud-based integrations.
• Planview Certification(s) or equivalent SaaS implementation credentials preferred.
