Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Customer is looking for highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee and manage the activities of their Cybersecurity Team.
  • Coordinating efforts across various cybersecurity segments, including Cyber Strategy and Governance, Cyber Defence and Engineering, Cyber Advisory and Incident Response, Cyber Privacy and Regulatory, and Third-Party Security.
  • Managing Jira dashboards to track activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective task execution.
  • Manage and coordinate activities across all cybersecurity domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration between different cybersecurity teams and stakeholders with cybersecurity frameworks and policies
  • Create and manage Jira dashboards to monitor and track team activities and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely updates of tasks, progress tracking, and prioritization within Jira.
  • Generate periodic reports highlighting activity status, key milestones, and any risks or delays.
  • Act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and senior management, providing clear updates on activity progress and outcomes.
  • Escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Jira for task tracking, dashboard management, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Hands on experience on project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills for improvement opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience is 6-10 years
  • Working as per Customer Calendar at Customer Bidadi location.
  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech, MCA, M Tech
