Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of interior design projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety standards and addressing any on-site challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management and site supervision in interior design or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Proficiency in project management tools or software is an advantage
  • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
