Apply today and become part of a team that's shaping young lives—one student at a time Job DescriptionWe are seeking applications from qualified and experienced educators to join us as Chemistry Educator. The educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction based on the Cambridge International (CAIE) curriculum for IGCSE and/or A-Level Chemistry.

The role involves planning and executing engaging lessons, conducting practical experiments, and preparing students for CAIE examinations while maintaining a safe and inspiring learning environment. The role emphasizes developing students' critical thinking, research, analysis, collaboration, and presentation skills. Primary responsibilities would include the following:Teach Chemistry according to Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level syllabi.

Create interactive, inquiry-based lessons that promote critical thinking. Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning needs. Facilitate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and lab work.

Offer constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic recordsIntegrate digital tools and resources (e.g., simulations, online platforms) into teaching. Support school initiatives like science fairs, clubs, and academic competitions. Familiarity with Secondary Checkpoints is an added advantage.

The Cambridge educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction based on the Cambridge International (CAIE) curriculum for Secondary Checkpoint/ IGCSE and/or A-Level Chemistry. "Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's degree in chemistry. A recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Chemistry syllabus. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching Chemistry at IGCSE/A-Level.
