Looking for accounts executive Location -Mumbai Ctc -40-45kKey Responsibilities:1. TDS Compliance & Filingo Prepare and file Quarterly TDS Returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.) accurately within statutory timelines.o Ensure monthly TDS payment (challan preparation and submission) as per due dates.o Draft and send intimation mails to clients regarding TDS payments, challans, and returns.o Handle TDS demand adjustments, reconciliation with Form 26AS, and resolve mismatches.2. Accounting & Documentationo Record and verify TDS-related accounting entries in the books of accounts.o Maintain documentation for all tax payments, challans, returns, and client communications.3. PAN/TAN & Statutory Registrationso Assist clients in obtaining PAN/TAN applications and making necessary updates/corrections.4. Client Servicing & Communicationo Respond to client queries related to TDS, income tax compliance, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.o Coordinate with internal teams and clients for data collection and compliance tracking.5. Property Transaction Complianceo Prepare and file 26QB TDS returns for property purchases/sales and assist clients with payment and acknowledgment procedures.6. Income Tax Return Filingo Prepare and file ITR for individuals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current tax laws.o Reconcile income, deductions, and TDS credits from Form 26AS and AIS.
• Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Tally / Excel / TRACES / Income Tax Portal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
