Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee civil construction projects, including new plant buildings, roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
  • Supervise civil contractors, construction teams, and vendors on-site to ensure project quality, timelines, and cost control.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance planning for existing factory structures, floors, roofing, water tanks, and drainage systems.
  • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure infrastructure supports machinery installations and utilities.
  • Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, budgets, and reports for civil projects.
  • Maintain site documentation including drawings, site progress reports, and project records.
  • Oversee land grading, excavation, concrete work, and structural reinforcements as per the operational needs of the textile unit.
  • Assist in the design and construction of ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants), water tanks, and utility lines for sustainable operations.
