This role also involves managing consumer litigation by coordinating with external legal partners, and ensuring the company//'s legal and contractual obligations are met.List The Duties and ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting, Review, and Management:
• Draft, review, and validate a wide variety of commercialagreements to support business requirements,ensuring legal soundness and protection of companyinterests.
• Handle diverse types of agreements, including:o Partner and Client Agreementso Service Agreementso Tripartite Agreementso Logistic Agreementso Manpower Agreementso Retail and Distribution Partner Agreementso D2R (Direct-to-Retailer) Agreementso Technology Agreementso BER (Beyond Economic Repair) Agreementso Liquidation Partner Agreements
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, includingpartner/vendor onboarding procedures.
• Diligently maintain and update a central AgreementTracker to monitor contract status, key dates, andobligations.Litigation Management:
• Collaborate closely with the Consumer Experienceteam to assess legal matters, decide on a line of action,and collate all necessary facts and evidence fordefense.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external counsel andother legal service providers for all consumer-relatedcases.
• Thoroughly review and finalize drafts of legaldocuments, including replies, evidence affidavits,written arguments, and other court applications.
• Coordinate the notarization, execution, and timelydispatch of all court documents to local advocates forfiling.
• Proactively follow up with advocates on the status ofongoing cases, provide necessary updates to internalstakeholders, and maintain a comprehensive litigationtracker.

Eligibility and Qualifications
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with demonstrable expertise in contract drafting and management.Skills
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external counsel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• o Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracker management.
