Position responsibilities:

·
  To Drive Business in designated region to achieve required sales targets in accordance with Territory strategy and plans

·      Conduct Customer Visits. This Position needs extensive travelling within the territory.

·      Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

·      Application Engineering: Know customer expectations and understand bottlenecks in their production areas.

·      Generate Enquiries

·      Recording & Maintaining client contact data

·      Selection of Products. Preparing technical & commercial offers

·      Conduct Presentation & Product Demonstration to customers

·      Price Negotiations & closing of orders

·      Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Logistics members of the principals

·      Coordinate installation activities at customer locations

·      Develop & maintain an excellent knowledge of the available equipment currently being offered

·      Payment follow-up & collection.

·      Work from Home & Field Visits will be essential

Experience & Skills required:

·
 Strong Technical skills B.E./Diploma (Mech/Production/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentations with 1-2 years of Sales experience in an Industrial environment. In Case of Diploma holders, required experience is 2-3 years

·      Effective communication (Verbal & written) skills.

·      Result Oriented

·      Presentation Skills

·      Knowledge of Industry 4.0 will be an added advantage

·      Ability to engage in commercial discussion

·      Willingness to Travel within local region

·      Must have own two-wheeler with a permanent driving license.

·      Experience in above product line will be preferred
